How do I book a pet sitter or dog walker with Critter Caretakers?

Critter Caretakers use the number one pet sitting software, Time to Pet.

There are three ways to activate your profile:

• Contact us and we will send you an Activation Email
• Complete the NEW CLIENT form and you will be redirected to the new client portal
• Go directly to the NEW CLIENT portal

Once you have activate your account:

1. Fill out your Profile: You'll be redirected to your profile page. Complete the profile with your information, like name, address and emergency contact info, and then complete a profile for each of your pets
2. Submit a Schedule Request: Here you can select the times, dates and length of the visits you would like us to cover
3. Onboarding Consultation: Once you have submitted your Schedule Request, we will assign a wonderful sitter and they will reach out directly to organize your Free Meet & Greet.
4. Sit back and relax: You have met your sitter and have full confidence in their ability  to look after your pets and your home. Payment is not due until 7 days prior to your first visit, or after your Meet & Greet if this falls within those 7 days
